CubitDx Appoints Robert Bujarski and Mark Paiz to Board of Directors

CubitDx announced the appointment of Robert Bujarski and Mark Paiz to its Board of Directors, bringing deep experience across diagnostics, operations, and commercialization.

These additions strengthen the company’s leadership as it advances development of its multimodal point-of-care platform.

Robert Bujarski brings extensive leadership experience across diagnostics, including his role as EVP and COO of QuidelOrtho, where he helped scale global operations and commercialization.

Mark Paiz adds deep operational and commercialization expertise, including prior roles as COO of Quidel and founder of Sherpa Clinical Packaging.These appointments support CubitDx as it continues building its platform and preparing for upcoming development and clinical milestones.
